Clubhouse Sandwich — best known simply as the “Club” — stacks three tiers of toasted white bread with classic chicken salad, crisp bacon, crunchy lettuce, and juicy tomato.
Diced roast turkey or chopped fresh-cooked shrimp can be easily swapped for the chicken in this variation.

5 To assemble, layer everything in this order: a slice of white bread; layer of mayonnaise; lettuce; grilled chicken; avocado; slice of wheat bread; mustard; egg; bacon; mangoes; tomatoes; and finally the last slice of white bread.
