Spam Musubi

How to make Spam Musubi:

Spam Musubi is a popular snack in Hawaii.

It is a type of sushi that has marinated cooked spam in sushi.

 

fried spam (leftover)

cooked rice

roasted seaweed

soy sauce

 

1. Cut the roasted seedweed sheet in half.

2. Lay flat on a plate/surface.

3. Place one slice of spam at one end of the seaweed.

4. Top with 1 1/2 tbsp of rice.

5. Press and roll towards the other end. Put few rice grains at the end of the seaweed to seal the musubi.

6. Cut into bite size if desired.

6. Serve warm or cold with soy sauce as dipping sauce.
